Calcu Special Reserve is a high quality line of wines produced from the youngest blocks at the Calcu vineyard in Marchigüe. These are fresh wines that can be drunk young. The grapes are harvested by hand and processed gravitationally in the winery. The macerations generally last no more than 20 days to preserve the individual flavors and aromas of each variety. The red varieties are aged in barrels to give a little more complexity to their structure. This is a wide and diverse range of wines, easy to enjoy in various ways and with different pairings.
